Surface washing is a simple way to care for your toys. Just use a damp cloth to spot clean your item. We also recommend surface washing for toys that have a squeaker, rattle, or musical appliance inside.

Unfortunately, if these types of toys are washed in a washing machine, they will become water-logged. We do not recommend any other alternatives to washing your item beyond what is stated on the tags.

Seven years from the date of manufacture. Major manufacturers adhere to a seven year "expiration date" from the date of manufacture to insure that changes by automakers in seat technology, as well as advances in child car seat technology, work together to enhance child safety. Please check your car seat for the date.

The newborn sling is suggested for use up to 3 months. However, should the child be able to have controlled body movements prior to that (such as rolling),  we recommend that you discontinue use of the sling.

The reclining side of the tub can be used until the child has the ability to sit up (an average of 8 months old) Discontinue use of reclining end once child is able to pull up to a sitting position and begin to use the upright toddler seat at opposite end instead.

The tub, in any stage, is recommended for children under 25 pounds. Once the child reaches 25 pounds, we recommend discontinuing use of this tub. It ultimately is up to the parent to gauge their child's development and decide when to move the child between the 3 stages of use.

Feeding Tray: The feeding tray is top rack dishwasher safe. Use normal settings. Do not use high temperature setting (sani-cycle). You can also wash the feeding tray in warm water using a mild liquid soap and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Seat cushions: The fabric side can be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge using mild liquid soap. Wipe with clean water, and then wipe dry or let air dry.
For machine cleaning: Remove the seat cushions and wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Do not use chlorine-based bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.

Straps and Safety Harness: Clean with a damp cloth or sponge using a mild liquid soap. Wipe with clean water and then wipe dry or let air dry. For machine cleaning: Remove the straps and safety harness completely from the seat. Machine wash in warm water on gentle cycle. Do not use chlorine-based bleach. Hang to dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.

Seat and base: Wipe surface with a damp cloth or sponge using mild liquid soap. Wipe with clean water. Air dry.

Instructions can be found on the product's original hang tag and are also available for download here.

Please note, the JJ Cole Bundleme has been fully tested and meets all applicable physical, mechanical, chemical, and flammability requirements. Beyond that, every car seat manufacturer has different stipulations regarding the use of after-market accessories. Please consult your car seat manual or contact the manufacturer directly for further information.

The Bundleme can be machine washed. It must be laundered correctly in order to ensure longevity of the product. Please be sure to follow washing instructions on the care content label and/or those listed below for your particular product:
Down Bundleme: Machine wash cold separately. Tumble dry low.
Knit Bundleme: Machine wash warm separately. Tumble dry low.
Original Bundleme: Machine wash warm separately. Tumble dry low.
Polar Bundleme: Machine wash warm separately. Lay flat to dry.
Urban Bundleme: Machine wash warm separately. Tumble dry low.

There are no specific temperature recommendations for the Bundleme.  The Original Bundleme and the Urban Bundleme are both intended to be used in place of a coat or snow suit in cold winter conditions. They have the same function and are intended to be used in comparable temperature ranges.

The Frog Pod and the Whale Pod both attach to the bathtub wall with either super-strong adhesive strips or screws. You may choose which option to use. We also offer a suction cup option as well as a silicone adhesive option, both sold separately.

The amount of weight the Frog Pod or Whale Pod can hold varies, depending on the mounting option used. The adhesive strip option will hold up to 10 pounds of toys and accessories and the screw-mounting option will hold up to 20 pounds. The suction cup option will hold up to 5 pounds and the silicone adhesive option will hold up to 10 pounds.

The Frog & Whale Pods come with four super-strong adhesive strips already attached to the wall bracket. This unique adhesive creates a semi-permanent bond that will withstand moisture. The adhesive can be removed and will not leave any residue on wall surfaces.

The adhesive strips and the suction cups both require a smooth, flat surface for mounting. Acrylic, glass, and fiberglass surfaces, as well as ceramic tile, are ideal for mounting the Frog and Whale Pods using the adhesive strips or the suction cups.

The adhesive will not stick to silicone tile, estimated to be 2-3% of all household tile. When using either the adhesive strips or the suction cups, avoid surfaces that are textured, pebbled, or uneven, as well as surfaces with very small tiles. It is also important to avoid mounting the Frog Pod or Whale Pod on a curved surface, such as in the corners of fiberglass showers.

No, the adhesive strips are meant for one-time use only. When the adhesive is first attached, a chemical bond is created and removing the adhesive breaks this bond. Replacement adhesive strips can be purchased from our online store.

Leave the mounting bracket hanging by itself for 24 hours. During this time, avoid moisture and the use of cleaning chemicals near the bracket. Avoid putting unnecessary pressure on the bracket for the first 72 hours. After this time, the semi-permanent bond will be thoroughly set and the Frog Pod or Whale Pod will be ready for regular use.

The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and dry before attaching either the adhesive strips or the suction cups. First, use a bathroom cleaner to remove all dirt and residue from the surface. Be sure to rinse all cleaner residue from the surface as well. Next, use rubbing alcohol (without emollients) to wipe the surface and let dry thoroughly before attaching the bracket.

The adhesive requires that the initial bond be created on a wall surface that is above 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideally, the wall temperature should remain above 70 degrees Fahrenheit for the initial 24 hour period.

It is best to avoid areas of the shower/tub surface where there could be hard water deposits because the adhesive may not stick to these surfaces. If you do have hard water, we recommend using a cleaner made specifically for removing hard water deposits before using alcohol to wipe the mounting surface.

To remove the adhesive strip mounting bracket, use a flat object, such as a screwdriver or a butter knife (covered with a soft cloth to avoid scratching the wall surface), to pry up the corner of one adhesive strip. The remaining adhesive strips can then be released from the wall (with a bit of elbow grease!) After loosening the first strips, rotate the bracket to release the remaining strips. Any adhesive remaining on the wall can be easily pulled off.

Replacement adhesive strips can be purchased from our online store.

It is very important that you place the bracket onto the wall in its proper position only once. After it is placed on the wall, do not try to remove and reposition it as this will prevent the adhesive strips from adhering to the wall.
To attach the bracket to the bathtub/shower wall, select an area where strips are touching the least amount of grout. It is important to maintain a wall surface temperature above 70 degrees Fahrenheit from the time you first place the bracket onto the wall and throughout the entire 24 hour period before attaching the base. If you are mounting the bracket on an exterior wall during cold weather, it may be necessary to increase the room temperature during this time.
When placing the bracket onto the cleaned wall surface, use your thumb to press firmly over each of the adhesive strips. Rub while pressing to remove any air bubbles between the adhesive strips and wall surface. If adhesive strips cross grout lines, be sure to firmly press adhesive into recessed areas.

FLO is designed to fit a "standard" faucet. Standard faucets come with and without a shower diverter knob on the top. FLO will fit both versions. FLO may fit other non-standard faucets that are a similar size and shape.

To install FLO, squeeze the front top and bottom sections together and fit over faucet. Make sure that front of faucet extends over inside flap.

We recommend filling the reservoir at the beginning of each bath time with just enough liquid for one bath.>

The reservoir is not meant to store bubble bath between baths.

The FLAIR highchair is designed to be used to a maximum age of 4 years or up to 50 pounds, whichever comes first.

The FLAIR highchair has been tested according to the standards established by the American Society for Testing and Materials.

The model and manufacture date are printed on the label attached to the underside of the highchair base. You will need to gently tip your highchair over to locate this label. Please be sure to include the correct model and manufacture date when completing your product registration.

The FLAIR highchair includes a 5-point harness and a crotch post. The harness is fully adjustable with two shoulder strap positions. The crotch post should NEVER be removed from the highchair.

Very easy! The foam seat pad and harness can both be removed for cleaning. The seat pad can be cleaned with household disinfectants, but it should not be placed in the dishwasher or washing machine. The FLAIR highchair comes with two tray liners that can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

The casters are made from urethane, a soft rubber-like material which allows FLAIR to glide smoothly across floors. The casters can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.

No, the seat does not recline.

Yes, the tray of the highchair is adjustable with two positions.

When assembled, the FLAIR highchair weighs 28 pounds.

The biggest difference between the two is that the Original Bundleme has a cozy, Thermaplush outer shell while the Urban Bundleme has a weather resistant nylon shell. The Urban Bundleme also has a hidden pocket on the top panel that can hold pacifiers, a phone, a small toy or any other items you want to keep within arm's reach. The Original Bundleme and the Urban Bundleme are both intended to be used in place of a coat or snow suit in cold winter conditions. They have the same function and are intended to be used in comparable temperature ranges.

The infant Bundleme is designed for children up to 21 pounds or 1 year and is 26 inches long. The toddler Bundleme is for kids 1-3 years old and is 35 inches long. The harness slots on the back of both sizes are the same, so technically they would both work in either an infant or a toddler seat. However, as the toddler size is so much bigger, we do not recommend its use in an infant seat.

The JJ Cole Body Support has been fully tested and meets all applicable physical, mechanical, chemical, and flammability requirements. Beyond that, every car seat manufacturer has different stipulations regarding the use of after-market accessories. KiiPix requires FUJIFILM Instax Mini Film.

No, FUJIFILM Instax Mini Film needs to be purchased separately.

FUJIFILM Instax mini film prints are wallet sized, 3.4 inches x 2.1 inches.

No, no batteries or cords are required.

Yes. KiiPix works with phones protected by premium glass screen covers. Lower quality screen protectors can affect print quality. Best results are achieved with no screen protector.

Turn screen lock on to prevent screen rotation and turn off auto-lock settings. Turn phone to airplane mode or “do not disturb” when printing to ensure a call or notification does not come through.

KiiPix will work with any phone that fits on the frame. Phones that have a smaller screen size than the KiiPix print area will have black areas where there is no image to print.

Check that your phone's brightness is set to maximum. Try increasing the brightness and contrast of the picture. Ensure you print your image with one press of the shutter button and turn dial quickly without interruption. Try keeping the print face down when it first comes out to reduce the possibility of over-exposure. If white lines appear they will normally disappear between 20 minutes and 2 hours as the photo continues to develop.

Check to make sure you have not run out of film. On the reverse side of KiiPix is a small number window that shows how many prints are left. If the dial shows “S” you have run out of prints and will need to replace the cartridge. Turn the dial clockwise until you feel a “bump”. Turn only until the film is released. Try turning the dial while holding the KiiPix directly in your hands instead of on a table. This will give you more space to rotate the dial.

The batteries for Stinkbomz are non-replaceable.

Please contact your pediatrician for advice on whether your baby's neck muscles are developed enough to go without support as all babies develop at individual rates.

We’re sorry to hear that. To confirm that the spout is opened, gently pinch the spout and pull apart. This opens the spout for use. You may need to do this again after the product has been run through the dishwasher.

Oh no, we’re very sorry to hear that and thank you for your feedback, as we are continuing to improve upon this product.  The universal lids are intended for on-the-go use when a sippy cup may not be readily available and are not intended to replace your sippy cup collection.  If you were looking for a traditional sippy cup, we’d be happy to replace your SNUG lids with FLUID, our durable, spill-proof sippy.  Please  contact us with your name, address, phone number and email address and we’ll send you a new product shortly.

Please make sure that you are only using cups with a diameter between  2.5 inches and 3.75 inches.

The universal SNUG lids are intended for on-the-go use when a sippy cup may not be readily available.  These lids are not intended to replace your sippy cup collection.  Unfortunately, creating a universal lid that stretches over a variety of cups (between 2.5 inches and 3.75 inches in diameter), means that our lids will not be locked into place as they would on a traditional sippy cup.  If a universal lid is not what you were looking for, we’d be happy to replace your SNUG lids with our durable, spill-proof sippy cup, FLUID.  Please  contact us with your name, address, phone number and email address.

Does a baby poop in a diaper? With NURSH, the only thing your milk comes in contact with is 100% silicone. So slurp away, little one. You’re safe with us.

Heck yes! NURSH works great with either formula or breast milk. It also works great with cow’s milk, juice, and other yummy liquids your baby likes.

NURSH’s silicone pouch makes it a great vessel for preserving milk, chilled or on the rocks. Don’t make baby wait too long though.

NURSH can be cleaned by hand, in a dishwasher or sterilizer. Flip the collapsible silicone pouch inside out for a deeper clean. Boon's FORB bottle brush is a great way to scrub your NURSH clean too.

It’s not rocket science: The fewer parts there are, the easier it is to clean. With minimal pieces, NURSH makes cleaning and assembly a snap. The silicone milk pouch can be flipped inside out for easy washing and drying. It can also be boiled, sterilized, microwaved and frozen. Don’t try that with a glass bottle.

Dirty bottles can stank! NURSH is no exception. Give it a nice wash and you should be good to go.

We’ve heard there might be some DIY solutions to help clear things up, but it might just be time to replace those parts (we have to say that for legal reasons).

Here are some steps to help you: Slide the silicone pouch into the hard shell and press evenly around lip to ensure pouch is sealed. Pull the nipple through collar until it pops into place. Twist assembled nipple and collar onto shell. So simple.

Since our bottle works like mom, NURSH may leak at times. Since our silicone pouches are soft and squeezable, it is important to make sure NURSH is assembled correctly. Check to see if the lip of the pouch is seated properly on the hard shell. Also make sure the nipple is inserted correctly into the collar.

NURSH magic of course. The silicone pouch naturally collapses as the baby sucks, eliminating the need for vents or valves to maintain milk flow.

Squeezing before feeding is not necessary. If you do squeeze, be gentle.

Sometimes too much pressure can build up in NURSH during feeding. Give it a little burp by untwisting the collar and twisting it back on. Good to go.

This is how NURSH works. Isn’t it wonderful? When the bottle is gone and you untwist the collar, the pouch will relax back into its resting state.

The numbers indicate the flow rate. Choose the slowest flow rate that comfortably feeds your baby. A smaller number = a lower flow rate.

This is an art. Baby is the best one to tell you when to change to the next stage. If your baby seems satisfied and only dribbles milk minimally, the flow rate is likely correct. If your baby dribbles large amounts of milk out of his/her mouth, the flow rate is too fast. If your baby cries and seems frustrated with the flow rate, it’s too slow. Generally, babies ages 0-3 months enjoy Stage 1, babies 3-6 months enjoy Stage 2, and babies 6 months and up enjoy Stage 3.

This amazing design features optimal nipple length to help facilitate proper tongue positioning while drinking and a gradual transition from nipple to wide-neck base for perfect latching every time.

Use the numbers on NURSH’s outer shell and the lines on the silicone pouch to determine liquid volume. There are both milliliter and ounces on the shell to help all humans everywhere.

NURSH has lines that go all the way around the silicone pouch indicating the volume of liquid. The numbers listed on the hard shell indicate the quantity.

The lines on the pouch correlate to the measurement numbers on the shell.

Nipple. Collar. Pouch. Shell. Cap.

Yes, replacement nipples and pouches are both available.

It is kind of like Trolls… so many colors!!! Mix and match to your heart’s content.

Microwave, yikes! We do not recommend putting our bottle in the microwave. We recommend using a bottle warmer. Give Boon's ORB bottle warmer a try.

We recommend using ORB to warm your NURSH bottles… Obvi. When warming 4 ounce bottles, remove the collar and nipple and use the lift-out basket for warming. Since silicone is a natural insulator, warming temperatures may be longer than with standard plastic bottles. To prevent injury, always shake bottle well, and test temperature of contents before giving bottle to your child.

Thanks for purchasing a FLAIR highchair! Recently, the testing standards for highchairs changed, requiring us to reduce the adjustability of our chair. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Unlike Comotomo, the NURSH system has reusable silicone drop-in pouches. This revolutionary bottle design features a silicone pouch that collapses as your little one drinks, without allowing gas-inducing air back in. There are no complicated valves and vents. Also, unlike Comotomo, the only thing your milk comes in contact with is 100% silicone.

The safety standard for High Chairs (ASTM F404) requires that the warning statement must be placed in a location that is visible by the caregiver while placing the occupant into the high chair.

To collapse the legs, gently pull up from the center of each leg to release from locked position, and then fold them in toward the center of the tub.

The First Years Close & Secure Sleeper is designed to be used with newborns and infants. We recommend that parents discontinue using the product with babies who are able to roll over or push themselves up on their forearms.

The First Years breast pump is a single user product which cannot be autoclaved or sterilized without destroying the product.
Use by more than one person may present a health risk and will void the warranty.

1-) Pour a small amount of vinegar onto the slime stuck on your clothing. White distilled vinegar from the pantry will do the trick. Use enough to completely saturate the area.

  • Do this in the sink to avoid making too much of a mess.
  • The sooner you clean up the slime, the better. The more it dries and hardens, the tougher it is to remove.
  • Substitute rubbing alcohol if you don't have vinegar.

Tip: An ice cube can help remove caked-on slime. Rub the ice over the area before using vinegar. It will freeze and harden the slime, making it easier to take off.

2-) Scrub the vinegar into the slime with a scrub brush. Apply firm pressure while scrubbing so the bristles can penetrate the slime and break it up. The acidity of the vinegar will dissolve the slime.

  • You may need to add more vinegar depending on the severity of the slime stain.
  • For tougher stains, consider letting the vinegar soak for 3 to 5 minutes before you start scrubbing.
  • If you don't have a scrub brush, use an old toothbrush or rag.

3-) Rinse the clothing with warm water. Once you’ve thoroughly removed the slime, rinse out the vinegar in the sink. Use your fingers to work out any slime remnants while you run water over the area.

  • If you notice a spot you missed, repeat the vinegar scrubbing process and then rinse again.
  • You don’t have to completely submerge the clothing. You can also use a squirt bottle filled with water or a damp sponge to clean the area.

4-)Rub dish soap into the stain to remove any extra slime residue. If there’s still stickiness left from the slime, squeeze a couple of drops of dish soap on the spot. Rub the fabric together to work the dish soap into the stain.

  • Any type or brand of liquid dish soap will work.
  • This step will also help remove some of the vinegar odor.
  • Rinse out the soap if you plan to wear the clothing without putting it in the washing machine.

5-) Wash the clothing based on the care instructions on the label. If your clothing can be machine washed, toss it in the washer. If it needs to be dry cleaned, take it to the dry cleaners, and if it needs to be hand washed, do that now. Check the specific instructions on the tag inside the clothing first.

It is important to thoroughly clean all parts of the pump according to the product instructions.

The tubing does not need to be cleaned. Only air passes through the tubes, and if water gets inside the tubing it will ruin the pump motor. To clean the exterior of the tubing use a clean damp cloth and wipe clean.

In addition to cleaning, mom should also gently lift the end of the flapper immediately before every pumping session. This simple step helps ensure that the flapper can move freely for optimum effectiveness.
